The system is not recognizing my zip code or security answer.
How frustrating! Here are some tips to help with that:
1) The security answer is case sensitive and must be exactly as initially entered. For example if “Washington Nationals” was entered as favorite sport’s team “Nationals” will not work.
2) Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your zip code or security answer
3) Are you sure you have online access. Just because you have an account online, does not necessarily mean you have online access setup with a user name and password. This would be the case if you filled out an enrollment form as opposed to enrolling online.
